Growing up in Dudley - Council slum clearance
Some photos from Dudley from the council slum clearance order. These are from Dudley Council, where my mum used to work.
They were having a clear out and chucked them in the bin where she rescued them. They’re quite large prints around a 10x8 I guess but some are slightly faded.
The notes are from the back of the photos, clearly made by a young council employee from a while back, so may not be accurate.
